I have worked in sales and also have experience in launching my own business. It is rare that you find a company that genuinely has your best interest in mind. Not only was John helpful outside of his business’ expertise, but he sent Chris to do a *free* evaluation of our water damage. John and Chris were both genuine and personable. They cared about what our situation was and they weren’t looking to get any sort of “fee” for their time. These are the kind of people you trust to handle big, catastrophic water damage to. I have previously had to deal with mold (we have 5 kids, young kids), floors being ripped out, islands replaced, commercial cans, etc as if that wasn’t enough I had to deal with deciphering selfish business after selfish business. This is NOT Tidal Wave Response. Chris knew I was worried about the possibility of mold and took the time to show me there was no mold and no issue with such. Those are the kind of people you want to do business with, because let’s face it – when you own a home you’re going to deal with water damage at some point. Chris asked *real* questions, he had no motive for getting a “win,” he was simply here to help. The same goes for John! What company can you contact now and get the direct owner? 10/10 all day long. They will become a first point of contact for anything water damage related!
