Hi. I don’t know where to start. John and Tidal wave his company were and still are a blessing from my Lord. One morning in January of this year I went down stairs and stepped in a puddle of water it was flooded. I also passed out. This was the second one in less than a year. I stood there for a minute and just cried. All I could think of was my insurance company may not take care of it a second time even if it was for a different leak. The last claim they paid out $23,000 for the repair of the water heater. This time it was soft tissue problem. Started from the first floor bathroom and the pipe outside the front of the house down to the basement. They took up the flooring in the dining room,bathroom,sitting room and the small hallway and replaced them after the plumbing was fixed. Then all the carpet in the basement where there was two other rooms. I was so scared, all this work. What if they didn’t pay. John kept saying don’t worry about it. But that’s all I could think about. Even Billy , their adjuster kept saying. If John said don’t worry then don’t worry. Anyway. The total came to $47,034.75. My heart and jaw hit the floor at the same time. Once again I called John. When they submitted the claim to the insurance company. The sent a check for $5000.00. I sent the check to Tidal Wave about a week later I got a letter from an attorney. I won’t get into what the letter said but, the long and the short is I was going to lose my house. I was so upset I called John. And told him please I don’t want to lose my house. He Said don’t worry he’ll take care of it. He said call this number do what she advise you to do. Her Name is Ms. Cathy Panagakis. I did what her and John said to do. That was 4 months ago. John and his crew did a wonderful,beautiful job on my home. It was done timely and accurately. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He was all business, but at the same time the kindest person I have ever met. I’m 69 years old. He treated as a person not just a client. He put my mind and soul at ease. Don’t worry he said its going to be ok. I got an email from Cathy yesterday. Great news the insurance company is paying the claim. I cried.
