Whew! What a relief! Tidal Wave showed up and helped us immensely beginning on Thanksgiving Day! John met with us and later sent Michael, Josh and crew, Billy, the packers and then Colin. They have quickly worked to get our home back in order. Everyone has been professional, courteous, empathetic and kind. We can’t thank them enough! We appreciate each one of them! Two weeks later, we are whole again. John, Colin and crew (drywall, painters, packers, cleaners, floor installers) were amazing. All were professional, efficient, and delivered as promised. Thank you all with our whole heart!
