Tidal Wave was the second company that I dealt with after we had a slab leak under our hardwood flooring. The first company dropped the ball (and dragged their feet for 3 months) so my insurance adjuster gave me the number of Tidal Wave Response so I gave them a call. Johnny got me scheduled with Billy within 2 days of our initial phone conversation. Billy is very kind and explained the entire process to us in detail. He even shocked me when he said they would only need a week to get the job done! (The other company told me 3 weeks). Everyone I encountered was very kind and professional and they treated our home and belongings with care. They also delivered on their promise of 1 week for completion and I was thrilled! Our new floors are beautiful and our slab leak is now behind us. I am keeping their information for any future leaks/restoration needs we may have. If I could leave more than five stars I would!
