Five stars is not enough. I cannot express the gratitude me and my family have for the quick response, the thorough work, and overall generosity this company showed us through this entire process. We had extensive water damage from our main level, down to our finished basement. This occurred on the night of Christmas Eve. John showed up the next morning, on Christmas Day, and did a preliminary check of all the damaged areas. The very next day he had a team out to remove, clean, and dry all affected areas. Four days later, we meet with Dan, and he begins to plan the repair process. The very next day, we have crew members at our home to begin the repair. I looked at the damage and surely thought this would take a month or months. They were able to repair all damaged areas to better than new in three weeks! The stress of going through this with two little kids, among other items in our home needing to be replaced, was pretty high. However, their diligence and hard-work alleviated a lot of that. The whole time we felt like we weren’t just a job, but actual people. I would trust this company every time, to provide great and honest work.
