We had a ruptured water pipe in our kitchen ceiling. They came in and completed the mitigation process fast, so we decided to stay with Tidal Wave to complete the job. John, Mike and Colin were very accommodating. When the LVP flooring that was brought out the first time didn’t match the sample that we were shown, we were able to choose flooring from a source of our choice. That made us feel like we were in control of our own rebuild. I would recommend these guys. They are good at what they do.
