I was totally impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness both Colin and John showed toward my Claim/Project. I was made aware of each detail from the start (Mitigation) through the final task (Bathroom Vanity). We agreed on cost to service concessions. All of my concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently, I am very well pleased. I will always refer Colin/John/Tidal Wave, to everyone I know that could use their service.
